A sorry economy will have Uncle Will and Aunt Nelly checking the attic for that letter they said that they had received in 1963 when Rose Kennedy thanked them for the Masses they said they had their priest say for the soul of President John Kennedy. Why, it probably is worth quite a bit of dough right now! And, look at it this way — keeping the letter will not bring either Rose of John back so it is time to share it, and, possibly even cash in on it.

Where do Will and Nelly find out how much the missive is worth? Who do they call? Of course, the answer is obvious. They need a Handwriting Expert. Wrong! Will and Nelly need a Autograph Professional who specializes in determining whether or not a signature is genuine and who has a background to substantiate expertise in determining the validity of a signature.

Many factors will come into play with such an investigation. The person examining the signature should be able to provide the proper credentials so as to assure Will and Nelly that the Certificate of Authenticity will stand the test of a challenge when someone questions whether or not the letter is a fraud.

For instance, what kind of paper is the letter written on? Is the letter written or typed? Is there a watermark? What kind of ink was used? What circumstances surrounded Will and Nelly receiving the letter? Is there an envelope with the letter? It is quite unbelievable how many sports shops handle baseballs with so-called famous signatures signed in black marker pen which was not on the market at the time the athlete was alive.

Our inner images are the true directors of our outside world and it is possible to see precisely the inner workings of our unconscious mind through the reading of the expressive gesture of scriptural symbols. These symbols make visible that which we cannot see. They give form to the formless. They show us our patterns of how it is we experience and filter our reality. They show us our cognitive distortions.

Anima is the feminine, inner side of a man.

We are all bisexual in nature and through examining handwriting we can tell the degree with which there are male and female qualities. If a female writing is strongly feminine, with not many of the male qualities present, we know that those aspects of her remain firm in her unconscious and she, most likely, will be strongly attracted to men that possess what she does not own in herself. The converse of this holds true for men.

Anima and animus are readily seen in letter formations. Letters forms are simply a series of straight and curved lines, expanding and contracting. Being that gender is not genital but psychological; one can tell to what degree there is female and male energy operating within the individual. First we need to understand qualities associated with female and male energy as seen in writing as writing reflects the psychological sex of the writer, not the physiological.

Male energy or logos, has stroke formations that are angular and straight indicating logic, inflexibility, decisiveness and purposeful; qualities associated with contributions from the left hemisphere.

Jung states that when there is a strong presence of anima that the man’s character is softened. Some things is would represent or show would be sentimentality, prophetic intuitions, vague moods, feeling for nature, artistic inclinations, the capacity to love personally, and the relationship with the unconscious. It will make a man sentimental or emotional, artistic, intuitive, subjective, moody and introspective.

Notice the garland formations at the base of letter as well as connecting letters. The main function shown in these writings is “feeling”.

If we don’t acknowledge the contra-sexual aspect of ourselves, we then project that quality onto others – often setting ourselves up for less than satisfactory relationships and complications from stress. The tool of graphology, or handwriting analysis, is the most objective means by which to examine a personality. It offers unfiltered and uncontaminated information about one’s psychology.

There is rich symbolism in the four directions: right, left, up and down. There are meanings associated with each, that is applied to handwriting, be it letters, word, body of writing, or envelopes.

It is likely that the predominance of right-handedness among people accounts for the association of might with the right as the side of action. The somatic sensations of handedness are not doubt the source for the manifold symbolic meanings that have become attached to the duality of right and left, and that have found expression in all cultures and in all ages. They are reflected in law and ritual, in magic and superstition, in language and literature; and they are perpetuated not only in folklore but also in modern everyday usages.

In the cultural tradition of the Chinese, the mystical opposites yang and yin, which anciently meant merely light and dark, have ultimately come to embrace all the associational aspects of a fundamental polarity. Yang is the male principle, heaven, the creative, the active, the positive, the straight, the undivided, the favorable; yin is the female principle, earth, the receptive, the submissive, the negative, the crooked, the divided, the unfavorable.

In early Hindu and Egyptian religious cults, the right side of the body symbolized strength and aggressive action; the left side, feeling and receptivity. The goddess Isis was pictured with a sword in her right hand and a flower in the left. Primitive tribes interpret right and left in much the same animistic and symbolic terms: the body of man is conceived of as possessing male characteristics on the right side and female characteristics on the left. A Swiss cultural anthropologist, J.J. Bachofen, has described an interesting reversal of this symbolism in certain matriarchal societies.

The antithesis of right and left extends beyond al physical implications into the domain of moral, social, and religious values as well. In the Old Testament story, King Solomon places his mother in the seat of honor at his right side; and early Christian theologians designated the right side in heaven as the superior sphere, while the left side was given a lower evaluation. The Gospel of Matthew, in explaining how the good are to be separated from the evil on the Day of Judgment says, “And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.”

It is not unnatural that the right and left developed similar meanings on mundane levels asa well, and that these have taken on an endless accretions in popular attitudes no less than in superstitions. To start off on the left foot brings back luck; a buzzing in the right ear is a good omen, and a twitch of the right eye is believed to bring praise and money. Thus we find the “honorable” right and the “evil” left becoming the “lucky” right and the “unlucky” left.

These associations of right and left provide information for handwriting analysts.

Introduction

There are 3 zones in English writing: Upper (l,h,t,b,etc.), Middle (a,m,n,o,u,e,i,s,v,c,r,w,x,z), and Lower (f,g,j,p,y). The middle zone dominates handwritten expression accounting for over 80 per cent of zonal space. It’s the core of the personality expression. The “accepted” standard of 1/8th (.125) inch in some literature and 3 mm in other literature was questioned. A search carried out by the author found no supporting statistics to substantiate that concept. Therefore, a research study was initiated to assess an average (or standard) middle zone size, in general.

Methodology

Two studies were conducted twenty years apart. The information was taken from continuously measured MZ data (normally performed) over that period of time. In other words, all samples had MZ measurements taken for that 20 years with data stored or recorded.

The first study was performed during the years 1978-1979 and involved 500 handwriting specimens. These samples were selected from individuals of 19 years of age and older. There were 250 samples each of males and females. Specimens were not used if the handwriting reflected aging or infirmities. A calibrated, documented caliper capable of measuring in increments of .0005 inch, traceable to the United States national bureau of standards, NIST, was used in the measurement process along with a scientific calculator. Five measurements were made on each of the 500 samples. The measurements were made in the following manner: one from the top of the display, three from the middle of the display and a final one from the end of the display. These measurements were tediously taken at random and recorded. Measurements were made of the down strokes of Middle Zone letters including the slant – not just the vertical height. This must be done because the full length of the down stroke represents the writer and with a 30-degree slant vertical measurement would be erroneous by 100%. A total of 2,500 measurements were recorded.

The second study was performed during the years 1999-2000 and involved 231 handwriting specimens. These samples came from individuals located throughout the United States of America and were received by way of conducting handwriting analyses for either business or personal purposes. There was an approximately equal distribution of males and females. This time a digital, calibrated caliper, connected to a statistical mini-computer, was utilized. This enabled the author to increase ease of sampling in very accurate increments of .0005 inch and traceable to NIST with calibrated, documented instrumentation. This afforded quick and numerous measurements. Over 60 random measurements were made on each sample. Calculated as closely as possible, a total of 13,860 measurements were recorded.

Results

The results tend to be skewed significantly below the generally accepted standards of 1/8th of an inch or 3-mm. Table 1 gives the results from study one and Table 2 gives the results from the second study. The correlation (r) of the two studies is .936, which is extremely high and tends to suggest the consistency between both studies. In the first study, 86.2% of observations were below 1/8th (.125) inch and, in the second study, 78% were below 1/8th inch. Furthermore, the percent below 3-mm (.1182 inch) in both studies was 82% and 72.2%, time respective.

Other results:

- The medians were .100 inch and .094 inch. Again, tending well below 3 mm.

- The standard deviations were exactly the same to 4 places but not beyond. This seemed highly improbable but was checked.

- The modes were less than .100 inch with one exactly the same (.086 inch).

Discussion and Conclusion

Although these studies were conducted 21 years apart they demonstrate a correlation to size distribution of (r) .936. Aside from the measurements documented in this report, over 600,000 individual MZ measurements were made by the author since 1977 as standard practice on all analyses. Those measurements continue to reflect the results of these studies.

The overall conclusion tends to indicate that the standard (or average MZ size) is significantly less than the arbitrary 3 mm. The author has used the .098511 inch standard as the “fulcrum” for assessing middle zone size relationships. The studies tend to indicate repeatability, which is the basis for scientific investigation. Similar studies in every country are encouraged to establish a world standard or individual national standards.

A further observation

Additionally, the author has been intrigued by the possibility (and, in the absence of any publication) of a polar-concept to handwriting/printing meaning that there are only two fundamental elements that create any handwriting/printing. We see this binary concept throughout the Universe. To this end, a conclusion has been determined: Pressure and Speed. These are the two essential elements constituting the creation of all writing/printing. Both range from a possible zero value to the capacity of the writer. Some basic explanations are warranted since questions are certain to arise.

A dot or period is the simplest form of speed (moving down) and pressure (against the resistance of the surface). If it is true for a dot then it is true for all writing. Space is the absence of pressure yet incorporates speed for spatial adjustment. Although there will be some controversy, it is the author’s belief the conclusion has merit, however, other observations are welcome.

An anxious client asked us if he would get a new job soon
and if he was destined to be out of work for a while. He
wanted to know when he would find a great new job. We
told him the following and it will give you an idea of the
mechanics of predictive work, along with some insight
about handwriting analysis.

We can’t tell you the exact hour you will accept a good job
offer, but we can tell you when things are more in your favor.
Knowing when your timing is challenging or rewarding in
relation to obtaining a new job gives you heightened
perspective, as well as an edge in your job search.

The numerology and astrology timing charts don’t make
things happen, but they do represent what is predestined;
the types of circumstances, events, challenges and rewards
that your soul sets up for your earthly personality.

Your timing for career and money success gets much better
in the near future, so it looks as if you are destined to have a
decent job. Six to eight months from now you’ll likely be
securely employed. Just remember that it’s important to
consistently take action (exercise free will) to manifest this
strong probability; do what you have to do to get where you’d
like to be.

Despite your numerology and astrology timing in most of the
first quarter of the year being very challenging for acquiring a
new job, you’ve already experienced the most trying energy
and your career aspects throughout the rest of the year steadily
improve. The best months for your career this year are July
and September. In fact, we see dynamite career and money
aspects for you in late summer of this year. Now, even if you
knew nothing of your timing charts, you would have still
encountered the same challenging energy during the first
quarter and more rewarding energy during the rest of the
year- that’s just “what is.” Being centered, detached and
tapping into your intuition will help confirm the energy
represented in your timing charts.

Based on the birth data you provided, it looks as if you were
destined to experience a period without steady employment.
There are reasons for everything; maybe this seemingly
unfortunate period allowed you to more greatly value being
employed, or perhaps you were supposed to focus on a
different part of your life for a while. A change of career
direction at this time looks to be part of your earthly plan
as well. Meditate on the reasons for your current circumstances
until you receive answers that feel right. The tools we offer on
our web site can further assist you in getting your own answers.

Based on the handwriting sample you submitted (using the
science of graphology and covering only some of your more
relevant personality traits), you’re understandably fearful of
the future, somewhat anxious, and currently frustrated about
material interests.

It would also help you to know this about your subconscious
personality: you’re not entirely comfortable with accepting
abundance in your life. In other words, you sometimes
(subconsciously) block yourself from acquiring money
and material things. Although you consciously want more
money in your life, your subconscious is consistently
saying, “…I’ll pass, I don’t deserve it.”

It would be wise to get in touch with this energy in order to
open the door to more prosperity in your life. Simply knowing
about it is a great start. Searching for clues about the root cause
in meditation and past life regression could help resolve the
issue.

On the positive side, your handwriting indicates remarkable
stamina, determination and powerful analytical abilities, which
will help you accomplish your career goals.

Not all people were happy when I introduced myself as a handwriting analyst. These people would start to hide their handwriting or tell me that they were relieved that I did not see their handwriting yet.

The truth is handwriting analysis is the same as any other personality tools that are available nowadays. The purpose is to reveal the personality so that you could make improvement to yourself and become a better person.

I don’t think that there is anybody in this world who doesn’t want to be a better person. Everyone wants to improve him or herself for the better.

So here are some of the benefits that you can get when you get your handwriting analysed.

Get to know yourself better

Most of the times you think you know yourself better. Well, most of the time you think wrong. Sometimes it is due to you knowing that you have a bad habit however you always deny it even to yourself. In the end you have convinced yourself that you do not have any bad habits at all which one day bring more harm rather than good.

Therefore through handwriting analysis you would be able to know if you have any bad habits. When you realize that you have a bad habit for example procrastination, you would be able to start taking the necessary actions to eliminate the procrastination habit.

When procrastination has been eliminated, you would become a better person and there is a possibility a promotion in your job and a happier relationship with your family.

Even if you do not have any bad habit, you could actually use handwriting analysis to improve your strength. For example, your handwriting shows that you have a moderate self-esteem. You could use this knowledge to have a higher self-esteem by believing that you could achieve everything that you want, start to acquire new knowledge to improve yourself and a lot more other things.

You could also understand your thinking pattern from handwriting analysis. By understanding your thinking pattern, you would know how you learn things i.e. step-by-step or you could understand things just by looking at their general overview.

Understanding people around you better

You could also use handwriting analysis to understand the people around you better. For example, through handwriting analysis, you would understand the thinking pattern of your children. You could use this understanding to choose the right method to guide them in their school’s work.

You could also use handwriting analysis to understand your spouse better. Whether your spouse is the kind of person who needs to be told that you love her or him everyday or the kind of person who needs to be shown love and affection.

By knowing and understanding your family members, you could improve your relationship with them and have a happier family life.

Handwriting analysis could also be used as a screening tool in hiring new employees. What could be done is you could ask the applicants to write a page story about something before the interview process and analyze that handwriting sample. Their qualifications may be able to show how qualified they are and their handwriting would be able to show whether they could work in your team, could follow instruction and would be able to complete the project assigned successfully in the allocated time.

Avoiding any possible danger

When you write, you are not writing only with your hand but also with your muscles, nerves and emotion stimuli. Therefore your handwriting would be able to reveal your personality. The personalities that are being revealed could be either positive or negative.

Therefore if the person is a liar or aggressive or even emotionally unstable, his or her handwriting would be able to reveal this.

You could either avoid having a close relationship with this person or if you have the needed expertise help them to change and become a better person.

So there you are, three benefits that you can get from handwriting analysis. There are many more benefits that are not discussed here.

You do not have to be a handwriting analyst to enjoy these benefits. A basic knowledge would be a beginning for you to build a better personality and start to live the life of your dream.

Khadijah Ibrahim is a handwriting analyst, internet marketer, author, NLP Practitioner and Trainer. She would be able to assist you in understanding yourself better through your handwriting. She also would be able to help you make improvement in yourself so that you could develop a successful personality in you that helps you to achieve your dreams.

How we connect our letters gives information on how we connect with other people.

When we don’t connect our letters, as is the nature of printing, we have trouble with our interpersonal relationships because, at the personality level, there is no true desire – or ability – to “bond” or “connect” intimately with another.

Printers are slow, methodical, creative, and intuitive. They plan through all the steps of a project, detailing each step thoroughly. They are open to the influence of the moment which results in their being impulsive and emotionally vulnerable.

Printers observe everything in their environment, as they are alert and even hyper-vigilant. They see the big picture and prefer to work with the conceptual view rather than having to deal with the details. They will work with the details until it is clear in their mind, then they are on to the big picture.

Generally, printers are:

1. egocentric

2. moody

3. selfish

4. cautious

5. fearful

6. unadaptable

7. insecure

8. independent

9. sensitive

10. rebellious

Printing is a facade writing (applies to those that need to print in their careers – such as architects, etc.) so you may not be aware of these qualities in the individual. You are more likely to see the surface charm, or the role of “the wise one.”

Beneath the facade is the pain, fear and anger from early life.

Because he was able to detach from painful feelings early in life and stay on a more mental plane to develop, he is generally intelligent. His intelligence and creativity allow him to devise a most persuasive facade.

Printers are individualists that often have trouble in their relationships. Personality conflicts consistently found in writing with extreme disconnectedness (printing is totally “disconnected” writing) are egocentricity, self-isolation, contact difficulties, ambiguity and sensitiveness resulting from unbalanced drives, inferiority feelings, nervous difficulties. These writers are highly inflexible. A research study supported that printers tend to be more controlled and less flexible than cursive writers. When a printer is in relationship, often he will do something to spoil it and may not understand his actions.

If printing is simplified and direct (no elaborations) it signifies his direct approach to business and directness in communication. His disconnections reveal his emotional isolation and difficulty in close interpersonal relationships, i.e. his disconnections from others.

Because they need control over their emotions, they often end up partnering/marrying someone that ‘does the emotions” for them. An example of this is Princess Diana’s writing, which is that full, rounded, and emotionally immature example.

Printers are often very anal-retentive meaning that developmentally they got stuck at the period in life around approximately 18 months – 3 years old. Difficulty moving through this stage can result in a person that is rigid, obsessed with details, and needs control. Often, too, this person has difficulties with their gastrointestinal and elimination systems as an adult. The holding in of emotions results in constipation – and all the issues that go along with it!

If you have a printer with large capital letters you have a very difficult person to try to relate to, let alone build a quality interpersonal relationship with! If the size of the writing is small it magnifies all of these traits.

In today’s society it seems as it the majority of young adults are printing – possibly not even knowing cursive. This goes hand in hand with the inability of many to not really connect. While there are many forms of communication – texting, computer, etc. – most people are not truly connecting on a meaningful, interpersonal level! Communicating is not the same as “relating.”

You know how helpful it can be to use handwriting analysis for recruiting new employees. Now follow these steps to actually use this technology to get better employees. Continue reading →

Using Handwriting Analysis for recruiting new employees is becoming more popular every day. You can use handwriting analysis to get a complete personality report about your candidates before or after a face-to-face interview. This report can help you shortlist candidates before an interview, or help you compare what you experienced during the interview against the personality report of the candidate to decide if the candidate is a good fit for your organization.

If you’re thinking of using handwriting analysis for recruiting new employees before an interview, here are the steps you need to follow:

Step 1 – Incorporate a blank sheet in your job application form for applicants to fill out with their own handwriting. This sheet can be short essay about why the candidates think they are a good fit for the job. Or you can use our templates.

Step 2 – Request the candidates to include their signature at the end of this sheet. Don’t specify the location, and better yet, make sure the blank sheet is completely unlined. This will give us a better idea about the candidates’ personalities.

Step 3 – Never inform candidates you’re using this blank sheet for evaluation of any kind. This might restrain them, and hence produce irregular readings.

If you’re using handwriting analysis for recruiting new employees after an interview, follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Contact the candidates you are interested in, and ask them to fax/scan and email you a short essay about why they think they’re right for the job on a blank sheet of paper. Or you can also ask their opinion about how they felt the interview went. Asking for their opinion (why they’re right for the job, or how they thought the interview went) is crucial – it’ll show their true personality on paper.

Step 2 – Request for signature at the end of the page, don’t specify anything about the sheet, except that it should be unlined.

Step 3 – Again, never inform the purpose of this activity is beyond the scope of general interaction between you and the candidate.

Your signature is your mark on the world. It represents who you are. To be successful, you should represent your best in your signature. Through handwriting analysis, you can understand what your current signature is telling the world who you are. If you’re unsatisfied with these findings, I can even show you how to represent yourself more correctly to the world.

So Why Does Signature Matter So Much?

Your handwriting is directly related to your psyche. How you think, what you’re feeling, your personality characteristics, are all revealed through the curves, loops, slopes, slants and spikes in your handwriting. Hence, you can understand how handwriting is important to understand who you are.

Comparatively speaking, your signature is a tiny part of your handwriting. However, your signature is your calling card to the world. It’s basically a reflection of how you see yourself, and how YOU want the world to see you. So, don’t you want to make sure people are understanding what you’re trying to tell them through your signature?

For instance, when you’re in a hurry, you tend to scribble down your signature, right? But have you ever thought how your scribbled signature might come across to other folks? Yes, your signature can show others you were in a hurry, but if you tend to scribble away your signature all the time, it might also come across as arrogance, even dishonesty.

Therefore, your signature is your mark on the world. Though a signature is not the basis for a complete handwriting analysis, you can still learn a lot from it about the person.

Letter spacing, in the analysis of handwriting, refers to reciprocity between an individual and his emotional environment. It refers to the individual’s emotional feelings and reactions and to his ability or inability to express those feelings spontaneously and appropriately. It relates to his generosity in interpersonal relationships, to his understanding of others emotional needs. The spacing also indicates the writer’s degree of receptivity to other people’s ideas, manner of behavior, methods of working, emotional reactions generally and a definite influence on the writer’s own ability to learn.

Ideal spacing indicates the ability to give and take- adaptability; a degree of personal assurance; receptivity to others ideas’ emotional generosity that is genuine and not impulsive; orderliness and organization; ability to learn without feelings of distraction; understanding of others feelings and emotions, spontaneity, warmth, friendliness.

Constricted letter spacing indicates the writer’s lack of spontaneity due to insecurity; conservatism due to fear of over-extending himself; conventionality or conformity according to the writer’s peer groups; emotional inaccessibility; inflexibility due to insecurity; inhibition and reserve for the same reason; lack of discrimination in associations and undertakings because of the need to “fit in” with the peer group; loyalty due to fear of changing loyalties. Such a writer is likely to over-react under sufficient stress or to react inappropriately in unfamiliar situations.

Expansive letter spacing indicates the impulsive writer; the writer who over-reacts emotionally; superficial; permissive; overly accessible emotionally; gullible; dependent upon environmental stimuli; lack of discrimination in undertakings, activities and associations due to lack of standards and inability to analyze logically.
