A new handwriting analysis technique can uncover hidden traits in candidates that could seriously undermine business endeavours and upset the work place environment.

One expert, simply defined, is someone who has extensive knowledge in a specific area of Handwriting analysis. In a legal sense, an expert must also have the knowledge, training and experience that qualify in the eyes of a court order to testify about their field of expertise. A handwriting expert is qualified in this field, but differs in the definition of a Forensic Document Examiner, who has expertise in areas in addition to writing, namely cancellations ink, typewriters, etc.
